For USAID's Coastal City Adapation Project (CCAP), ECODIT evaluated how the activity is performing relative to its objectives and expected results. CCAP is currently in its second year and works with municipal governments to increase understanding of urban adaptation issues and improve the application of management options for urban adaptation. Findings will be used to identify gaps in project performance and to help USAID and the implementing partner determine what changes may be necessary to solidify progress during the remaining project period. Further, the outcomes of this evaluation will provide information to be included in possible future activity design. The main audience for this evaluation is USAID,however, results will also be shared with the CCAP team, the National Institute for Disaster Management (INGC), other United States Government agencies, other implementers, and stakeholders.
