Our awards cover the following three Domains and their associated scope areas: (1) Management & Advisory (M&A); (2) Technical and Engineering (T&E); and (3) Environmental (ENV). OASIS+ contracts may be used by all federal agencies, including USAID, to access innovative, integrated solutions for complex professional service needs. The contracts are designed to be Best-in-Class (BIC), a governmentwide designation that satisfies key criteria defined by the Office of Management and Budget which allows sellers to offer an expanded variety of services.
